I'm just catching up on like, how many pages, but wanted to say they had a body language guy on morning live and he was talking about how Charlotte's changed (pre traitor she would sit at a round table with her hands on the table palms down, as a traitor arms crossed in a defensive or protective motion) and of course all the ear rubbing etc. It was so bloody clever! Definitely something anyone going on the next show needs to get clued up on.

I have also liked Paul and Jaz (Jas?) on it - I really wasn't keen on Paul but he's been really funny on everything he's been on, but not too try hard.

Anyway...did they stick this crappy Alan and Amanda programme on here cause they knew it would get some viewing figures as I've stuck it on so I don't miss the start of Traitors!
