I have (as always) enjoyed 'Djok-free' tournaments, but the presence of Murray will mean British pundits will talk about him more than usual (so the PR has worked a treat, not that I'm cynical or owt).

Wow Opelka is being a right wanker. He wanted the floodlights on and when it didn't happen he said he needed the physio but meanwhile the lights came on and he stepped up to play. Nacho gave him a warning and then Opelka told him he was stupid. The physio came out at the break and he said he didn't need him. He should be defaulted for taking the piss.

. I used to like Opelka, but he's really a bit of a jerk. At least he lost.

Not a good night for the Italians, Nardi and Cobolli both out, which is a shame.

I've been looking up scores - don't like the new Wta logo ( I had read some of the players don't either but I hadn't seen it properly).

I think some of Opelka's political views are a bit questionable as well

Opelka is a jerk. Honestly, the behaviour of the idiots who are running America is making idiot sympathisers feel entitled to behave however they like.

Fonseca is great to watch Fizzy, hopefully they show his match. Jacob has been playing well too, he's not going to make it as easy for Joao as some people probably think.

Jacob is a product of the US college system, so he will be well used to playing in the US and be very comfortable there- so really it will be 'home soil' than playing in the UK (his accent cracks me up ).

Fonseca is a real talent though- so it should be a good match up.
