@Littlestmoo it was Joe who said it was a heart attack, then Kim sprung into action. Before that she was just watching him and touching up her makeup! She said it was indigestion and told Will the Gaviscon was in the cupboard!

I think sometimes the soaps like to surprise us and then we watch the episode and are shocked about what has happened. At least we saw what happened to Will, we didn’t even see Heaths demise. Only what happened afterwards
