Tonight's was marginally more interesting with Rhona having more time than Marlon.
I hope creepy grandad tutoring the kids isn't going to go the way I think it might.....

Sounds awful but I'm not the slightest bit interested in April's disappearance. I don't think it's been handled very well with Marlon's overacting. I thought he was excellent with his stroke storyline and thoroughly deserved the awards he gets but now he's gone back to his default buffoon mode.

I do wonder if Anthony has anything to do with it, particularly given his recent interest in helping the youngsters, but I fear that might derail from Ruby's turmoil if he's still actively abusing children. I think Ruby will crack when she sees him with Angelica as Angelica is the same age Ruby was when she was being abused.

That’s my feelings @PrincessScarlett have zero interest in the April storyline and Marlon had defaulted to playing the buffoon and irritating!

I don't think I've missed an episode but don't recall any mention of grandad tutoring anyone. Which episode was this in please if you don't mind me asking. 🤔

I usually pause the screen if leaving the room for a few minutes but not always.

@MonickerMonica it was only in last night's episode. Arthur was in the cafe struggling with his maths homework. Anthony was eavesdropping in the cafe then offered to help with Arthur's homework as he used to teach and loves "helping the youngsters".

Nothing mentioned beforehand about him tutoring.

Ah thank you... I saw that part so he's not offering to tutor any of the other children so far. He's playing the perv well 😒

Well Nicola has offered Angelica up for his "help" so I wonder if we're going down an even darker path here or whether Emmerdale knows it's viewers will all be even more suspicious because of what is going on with Ruby or maybe it will be the final straw that makes Ruby crack and tell someone.

What I couldn't understand in last nights episode is why Rhona and Marlon didn't immediately call the police about the twats who got into their house. I mean surely that's the first thing you'd do?

Hmmmm so the writers have already advanced this storyline as what we are viewing is obviously a few weeks out of sync. Hence the Xmas decs and trees still up! You'd think they know which episodes will air on which dates so why on earth haven't those baubles etc been removed.

Exactly! And I don't understand why over and over again the security at the surgery is so lacking. They have a door to Marlon and Rhona's house in a surgery consulting room that isn't locked. And how would the two randoms know you could access the house from a door in the consulting room?

Said the maths stuff that Arthur was trying to work out was his bread and butter and easy for him .
