Now I’m not fan of neck curtain but I took it as because Kara has pulled away and said she’s not that into him, he too is pulling away and not wanting to jump her bones anymore, which I understand.

I mean if someone says they don’t like me then I will pull back and stop finding them attractive to want to shag them, that’s not to say I suddenly will think he’s not good looking but that emotional connection, etc isn’t there anymore = I won’t want to sleep with you
