she was generally regarded as a great beauty when younger - it must be hard when you do suddenly look a lot older /less beautiful

She married her first cousin?? She's definately well-cast in any sort of JA drama - marrying first cousins is what they did best .

I think Olivia Williams was Elizabeth in the Amanda Root / Ciaran Hinds version of 'Persuasion' (ie, the DEFINITIVE version!).

Olivia Williams was also in one version of Emma as the quiet piano-playing girl - I can't remember her name.

Oh I'm really sorry I missed this now. I'd assumed it would be awful, so didn't bother. As you may be able to tell, I am also "a bit of a Janeite"!
