Don’t think there has ever been so blatant product placement before. That was odd

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/11/2024 22:13

@Bitofashithouse it was Barry not seeing again

Hope Jane returns Colleena pillow

Oti is adorable in her massive glasses😄

Totally Eddie the Eagle vibes 😂 I love her.

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/11/2024 22:14

What a suprised

So both Dean and the screamer

Wonder if they will go hungry tomorrow

Evil cackle

It's really nice to not have loads of people exempt for medical reasons.

KayVess · 19/11/2024 22:14

The hungrier they get the more ratty they’ll get 🤣

OldFred · 19/11/2024 22:14

Awww Barry doing the awkward dad dance head nodding during the Bon Jovi tune 😂

Oti is so naturally pretty

PlumpHobbit · 19/11/2024 22:15

Oh how predictable, I wouldn't have picked GK as she did well just screamed an annoying amount

Merrymess · 19/11/2024 22:15

I like the Ant and Dec jokes. I wish the same 2 people didn't keep getting picked for the trails.

derxa · 19/11/2024 22:17

Jellykat · 19/11/2024 22:12

Didnt have Oti down as a Bon Jovi fan

Love Bon Jovi

hollyblueivy · 19/11/2024 22:19

My favourites are Oti, Melvin, Coleen, Tulisa but they are all a great bunch.

It's a shame Dean didn't get to do more of the trial.

Hope they don't make Barry wait too long for his luxury item.

Ebabllisstggoffor · 19/11/2024 22:23

I’ve binned it. I’ve been a fan for years but I can’t stand this lot.

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/11/2024 22:26

It's nice they get on

So far

But def need some hunger

And let someone else do the trial

Even picking names out of a hat in camp till they've all done least one

OP posts:
PlumpHobbit · 19/11/2024 22:52

Maybe if someone gets 5 or more stars they can't be picked for the next 3?

Means we can see the bailers again but if someone does OK give someone else a go

BottomlessBrunch · 19/11/2024 22:56

Really enjoying it this year - they're gelling well but are still funny. Sometimes the pally ones are boring but they've got good senses of humour.

There's no one I don't like yet although I'd say Danny seems like he's trying a bit too hard.

I think I quite liked Gi.

Danny keeps pausing what he's saying then doing an overloud laugh and it makes me jump, so I'm going off him.

I don't understand how some of them still look so made up. Surely eyeliner is a luxury item, but it looks like Jane was wearing it, and Tulisa seems to have false eyelashes?

This series if nothing else is bringing me and my 11yo DD together - her starting year 7 has been a baptism of fire, she’s gone from a sweet sunny child to Linda Blair (and that’s on a good day) overnight. Since September she thinks I am just about the saddest thing going and we’ve gone toe to toe a few times because of her attitude. But I persuaded her on night 1 to watch it with me, which at first was met with lots of Kevin the Teenager scoffing and huffing, before saying “Fine-uh. I’ll give it a try-uh.”

we’ve had a blast watching it and tonight she actually cuddled up to me to watch it. I tried not to faint with shock, she hadn’t done that in ages. I feel like we haven’t had fun in ages either but we’ve had a good giggle watching everything, choosing who to vote for and running to the kitchen during the break for more snacks so we don’t miss anything that’s happening. It’s been so nice!

They did it on MAFS as well. “oh look Luke we’ve had an Amazon delivery” in a super fake voice. I’d have liked Ant and Dec to do a joke about the ridiculous Amazon box sizes with tiny products in size but maybe they can’t upset the sponsors 😂

Netaporter · 19/11/2024 22:13

Me too. I loved her pissing herself laughing as GK was having a meltdown over the baby leech, when everyone else was trying to take it seriously 🤣

Love the women this year. Jane is doing her journalist thing by bringing out juicy information from others. I like it when they have people like that because then we get good back stories rather than inane chatter.

HelenWheels · 20/11/2024 05:59

i dont blame Dean, i got panicky looking at it
i thought Tulisa was mean about the cooking
do they ask them to come and talk and ask them loaded questions?
interesting how two of them keep wearing glasses
dean and oti

FrenchandSaunders · 20/11/2024 06:29

@EvilsElsasPetSnowman thats so lovely! Need to grab those moments 🥰

Myattention · 20/11/2024 07:18

I am enjoying it. It always starts with the same people doing trials. Always, I am convinced GK knew what she was doing in the first episode. it ensures you get screen time. It is better when the campmates decide who is doing a trial.

I like Barry and Danny and so far and i felt for Dean last night. that was an awful trial.

Aww, this is lovely to read. My DD is at Uni in a different country so she can’t always catch up but we still talk about this, SCD and love island - all shows we started watching when she was around the same age. Enjoy the moments 🥰

FrenchandSaunders · 20/11/2024 09:16

Mine are early 20s now but have great memories of being allowed to stay up late to watch certain programmes, it's lovely reminiscing.
