I would have loved to see Bobby's reaction to that too, and that of Cas.

One thing to bear in mind is that the alternate universe Sam and Dean "the hair is sacred" are loose somewhere on the SPN Earth. Obviously we all prefer the original universe Sam and Dean, but it would be one way round the Sam aged and died thing.
