Big Brother returns on Sunday, October 6 at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX

Just saw a very brief trailer. Actually, no I didn't 😆by the time I recognised the BB theme the trailer was done apart from 'Starts this Sunday at 9pm'

I've found the final thread from last year, #9, and will @ everyone on the first page. If you made it to #9 2023 I figure you would like to watch this year.

ETA: I was KFCGravyAddict on some threads last year but prefer my Big Bro name now 😎

I disagree @rockingbird - she's calm & measured & not fake, so just says it as she sees it. Not saying she's right about Khaled but she obviously hasn't gelled with him & isn't prepared to pretend otherwise & is also happy to explain her position as to why.

Lily's hair doesn’t suit her. Seems old fashioned.

I was 100% convinced Rosie was a mole / actor on the first night but it doesn't look that way.

Haven’t caught up yet as been working late shifts. Dh was convinced first night that Martha was a plant or mole.

Ali is irritating me. She's very condescending.

Clearly there is a difference of opinion on here about Ali, but I think she's shown her true colours, and shown herself to be unpleasant and judgmental and snarky and snide. Her patronising psycho babble made me cringe! Shame coz I liked her.

I don't think she's just being 'real' or 'true' at all. I think she's actually being horrible towards Khalid. He's literally done nothing wrong. 'Oh, you're sneaky and you're two faced and you're fake - and why are you coming over to us trying to pretend you care that we didn't get in to your little club or whatever.'

Er hello Ali, maybe he genuinely, actually felt a bit bad for you all for missing out on the party. You know, that could actually be a thing as well!!! Not everybody's got an agenda Ali, only you. (And your little minion Lily-pick-nose!)

I actually predict Salty Ali getting a few nominations this week - and Lily too. As things stand now, Ali probably stands a good chance of getting evicted.

Joining if that's ok?! Ali is annoying me now. She thinks she has got everyone sussed out and and is trying to influence the other contestants. Didn't expect to like Emma but I think she has far more about her than first appearances. I think Khalid is being himself in terms of how he behaves when he's in public.

Agree @SabreIsMyFave she bordered on bullying him imo.

Another one here who has gone off Ali.

I don't have a strong opinion one way or the other about Khaled - on day one I thought he came across as a decent young man and haven't been shown anything that would contradict that.

Ali, on the other hand, seems to have morphed into a patronising, superior, stirring puppet mistress!

She's one of those "tell it like it is" people who doesn't realise how rude they sound. Khaled was merely having manners and saying sorry to the people who missed out on the party and there's no evidence that he was being insincere.

I thought Emma's virginity question was inappropriate.

Just caught up. I am team Khaled. I don't think he's fake and it's put me right off Ali. She looks down on the other people in the house. The fake one is Lily. She thinks a psychologist can read minds? BULL. SHIT. She is playing dumb and trying to be funny and I absolutely cannot stand it when people do that.

BB has played a blinder with the head of house thing, it's divided the group and created drama, which is exactly what they want.

And Izazz went and did what he accused Khaled or Segun they would do and went blabbing straight to Ali.

Lily is starting to slip up now

I don't like Lily at all. The way she glares at people who are getting something she thinks should be coming her way is really unnerving.

I want to like Ali as she's so beautiful. But I just can't warm to her at all.

More drama on the live feed overnight.

We didn't see the incident that caused it, but we did see some of the fall out. Seems [from what several HMs confirmed] that Daze was in some sort of argy-bargy with Khaled and had berated him [she being very articulate] over his choice of words. At this point Nathan stepped in because Khaled was 'looking vulnerable'.

What we saw was Nathan sitting down to talk this over with Daze. She told him it was a 'vicious attack' on her. Nathan denied this absolutely. Daze said well then she 'felt' viciously attacked. Nathan continued calmly reasoning with Daze [I don't agree with many of his views but I do think he argues cogently and non-personally] and she kept interrupting him as he tried to explain. After Nathan wandered off Marcello came over with some words of wisdom for Daze.

Daze didn't like being stood up to and was dry-crying to anyone who would listen. Other HMs sounded to be supporting Nathan's version of events. Ali [of course] told Daze she had a right to her feelings etc.

Will we see that tonight or tomorrow?

I don't like Ali and I couldn't quite put my finger on why. Last night DH said she is supercilious - which I think is exactly right. She thinks she's better than anyone else in the house.
I just can't warm to her. I was starting to like Lily, but last night's shenanigans turned me off her again.

Who knows @JaneJeffer ? I hope we see the original incident that led to it all so we can make our own minds up.

Forgot to mention that Khaled has the power to 'save and replace' with noms, being Head of House. We see that tonight apparently.

Team Khaled here. WTF is Ali banging on about? Gone right off her. I genuinely fail to see what he has done wrong. I don't like how someone who is just trying to be nice and being a decent human being is seemingly now just called fake. She was really rude to him and then getting up and just walking away from their conversation was a shit thing to do. She is trying to influence others to feel the same way she does. She is snakey.

Lily is doing my head in as well. Thinks she is entitled to everything good that happens and sulks when she doesn't get her way and her manners are appalling!! She thinks Khaled is game playing when she is the one going round telling everyone that will listen that his vibe is off.

I missed the bit where Lily was doing something in the kitchen and afterwards other people were saying they wouldn't eat what she was cooking? Why? What was she doing that put them off?

Doesn't wash her hands. Picks her nose. On the live feed last night she was laying on the eating area with her shoes on.

I do think Khaled, if not actually 'fake', is on his best behaviour. But Ali picked the worst time to highlight this, when he's immune from noms and has the power to change noms. Big miscalculation on her part. 😆

I think she touched raw chicken and didn't wash her hands.
