Arrrgh! Please someone answer this. Have just finished an illness binge of the whole series in one night.
there seemed to be a few gaps for me so I’m hoping someone hops on asap to fill them before I go to sleep

What do you mean "not kept hold of it for several years"

My timeline might be off, perhaps it’s months not years. But it doesn’t make sense that Charlie still has the video showing the assault after the football game. And also that it’s been copied from his phone to his tablet. Since he thought his Dad deserved it, he would not have kept hold of it for all that time. He’d just have deleted it in anger.

I found a lot of it unrealistic and just too many subplots, but gripping enough to keep me on board to the end.

However something slightly amusing about teens being complicated individuals with many shades of grey whilst the adults tended to cartoonish and one dimensional. I reckon that is what the world looks like to teens. And I should accept not all media made for 40+ year olds.

Binge watched this - fab. But just realised I've missed an entire episode! No wonder I was confused 🤣

So the final communication between jess and adam is after the gathering when she realises it was all josh, she phones him and leaves a message, he phones her back when she's in the shower and doesn't hear, and...is that it??!

Twice Jess found while he was out with friends and kicked off.

Both times she didn't know the full story and Adam wasn't in the wrong either time.

Both times she said something along the lines of talk to me when you're sober. So why go to him when he's out and cause a scene then leave?

I hope he doesn't end up either Jess (if this was real 🤣🤣). She lies, is deceitful and dramatic.

You mean over thinking kyran was adams son? Love him for not sulking at home when she told him to stop texting him but just storming round to gym and demanding to know what was going on. And the other time over the leaked videis? I can understand that. She'd never in her wildest dreams have thought it was josh. But how the hell did josh get hold of them? Hasn't adam heard of passwords??

Still confused re post club. Did Adam and jess have sex or not? Why when he said you should have told me it was your first time and she said it wasn't did he then say you know what I mean? 🤔

I suppose because Jess had had cam sex but not in person? Also, I was confused whose flat/bedsit they were in - not his dad's house and it didn't seem to be his mum's flat either. I also thought it beggared belief that the random date Dr.Saul would do a house call and prescribe steroids twice.

Another one is how did Kelly get hold of Charlie’s mobile number? She’s shown calling him from the beach party. Finding him on social media is one thing, but how is she supposed to have found his actual phone number? I can’t imagine she’d have got it from Bazi who is the only link between them!!

Good points! I guess I thought the room was backstage at the venue where he’d been playing. Or else that as popular guy he’d have a mate who’d let him use their place. But it’s not made clear.

Something I did wonder about was Charlie's little sister, why did she give there dad the password to his laptop, was it attention seeking as she didn't seem to get a lot of it from the mum or dad

She was desperate for affection from her dad, he rarely acknowledged her before then.

Ah yes that makes sense. He was talking about real sex but she pretended she thought he meant cam sex, hence his next comment about you know what I meant. Although that was before the cam sex... I'm guessing they tried real sex but then she didn't want to, thus saying in sorry and do you want to go again. Teenage angst! I wonder if there's any back story there...

Unbelievable number of plot holes! All the getting peoples phone numbers / videos / passwords, the splenectomy, prison sentence for head butting someone. But such a fab series I can forgive them all!
