An end to this tomfoolery

I just feel nothing when I'm watching it these days

Same here. I'm just going through the motions of watching it every night. The main incentive is coming on here for the entertainment!

PrincessScarlett · 27/05/2024 20:06

So hopefully Ethan is going to do the only sensible thing and tell Dawn what he overheard.

But this is Emmerdale so no doubt he will have a ridiculous notion to confront Ruby and/or Rose who will accidentally kill him (or he'll drop dead of an undiagnosed brain clot as he didn't go to hospital after getting hit by a car 🙄) and then noone will ever know the truth.

I still don't get why Cain is so insistent on thinking he's the rightful heir of Frank Tate. Kim rightfully inherited it as his widow but other than Kim there are others who are more entitled than Caleb.

Plus Kim sold Home Farm and it's had at least 3 other families living there before Kim bought it back.

PrincessScarlett · 27/05/2024 20:07

Oh and Tom is going to kill/injure Piper as the only way to get Belle to come home. No doubt he will get Lydia to pass on a message that Piper is dead/ill.

JaneJeffer · 27/05/2024 20:31

Even that enjoyment has been diluted for me by snarky comments towards me and @Jitterybugs

JaneJeffer · 27/05/2024 20:33

Noah should own Home Farm @PrincessScarlett and nobody can convince me otherwise!

ilovebrie8 · 27/05/2024 20:52

Hope Piper survives he’s a really twisted, nasty fucker!

Lydia needs to keep her trap shut for some reason she is really annoying me these days…

Ella I couldn’t give 2 figs about her or her backstory hope she disappears as she is not a likeable character

JaneJeffer · 27/05/2024 21:28

Me too with Lydia @ilovebrie8. She's getting on my nerves. As is Leyla.

Oh yes because of Chris being his father. Is Kim a relation of Noah, some distant step grandma?

JaneJeffer · 27/05/2024 22:05

I suppose you could call her that @JewelleryCat but she wouldn't thank you Grin

Sorry, that should read I don't see why Caleb is so insistent he's an heir. Not Cain! 🤦🏻‍♀️

RaraRachael · 27/05/2024 23:19

Yes Caleb's entitlement is really ridiculous about Home Farm.
As a PP said, Lydia appears to have assumed the role of Dingle matriarch but she's just a silly interfering little woman - at least we've been spared the squirrel paws.

JaneJeffer · 27/05/2024 23:21

Everyone is up in arms in SM now that Tom has done something to the dog but they weren't that bothered about him hurting a woman. FFS

Maybe he promised to avenge Frank or something but Caleb doesn’t have any rights and this Ruby/Rose thing is going to get found out and Kim will probably hit someone else with Ice

I'm proud of Nicky for going straight for a pint just like his cousin Aaron did after leaving hospital 🍻

Last week Nicky was in a coma hanging between life and death and this week he's ordering lunch and drinks! Come on Emmerdale get a bit real.

I saw that on Instagram and had exactly the same thought. People saying that hurting an animal has gone too far and they're going to stop watching etc and as you say, not so much outrage when he was mistreating Belle.

I think we all need to get ourselves checked in to Hotten General. I've never known as hospital with such amazing recovery times!

lollipoprainbow · 28/05/2024 12:45

Surely they would have taken Nicky straight home to recuperate rather than the pub !

DirtyDensDog · 28/05/2024 12:59

I'm surprised that nurse Wendy wasn't involved in Nicky's recovery at the hospital.

PrincessScarlett · 28/05/2024 18:50

I'm hoping Non Nurse Wendy's absence is because she has been murdered by Bob as he finally snapped after putting up with all that bloody squeaking she does.

Ridiculous isn't it. In a coma on Thursday. Released and back in The Woolpack by Friday 🙄

bizzey · 28/05/2024 18:58

I am here live 😁😁! Mainly because I don't think I can cope watching on my own later on !

I need the support 😞😠!

JaneJeffer · 28/05/2024 18:59

I'll watch later because I want to see the tennis Tennis

PrincessScarlett · 28/05/2024 19:00

Why is he hesitating the bloody eejit?!

ilovebrie8 · 28/05/2024 19:00

Is it moving back to its original 7pm slot?

RaraRachael · 28/05/2024 19:00

Really enjoying being able to see it at 7pm.

The usual warnings that are so common now that I take no notice of them.
