I think Mary’s memory is as bad as mine. She fawned over Gus in the early weeks after Ivy was born. Calling round to tidy the house, change nappies, rustle up a casserole in 10 mins. No mention of the shit way he behaved towards her or Poppet. I was getting worried at the time she was going to decide she was straight after all and partner up with him 😆
