It looks like the kind of old house that might have a cellar. Maybe he’s bound and gagged him in the cellar.

Where is Amit? Has Jai blackmailed him to bugger off? Is he in the cellar? Is he in a shipping container? Is he dead?

No idea what Jai's done.

Does Jai own that house if he's talking about selling it. Why are they all cramped together in Laurel's house while Suni and Amit are rattling around in that big place.

Don't know why Claudette is trotting around deciding who can and can't use the village hall. As the vicar's mother I'd say it's none of her business

There was an awful lot of emphasis on that big suitcase Jai was wheeling about. I wonder if he's shoved Amit into it 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've wondered this @RaraRachael. The Sharmas do own Holdgate. I think Jai did ask Laurel and the kids to move into Holdgate as it's bigger but she refused because of not wanting upheaval for the kids/memories of Ashley in their house. Now Gabby has left home and Arthur is practically an adult it doesn't sound as important to stay put.

I'm really glad they've all sussed out Amit quite quickly. I hate it when they drag out a villain storyline and no one around them can see what they're up to.

Definitely but I can't see Jai getting away with it if he's killed it. It's going to take more than a bit of Flash on a J cloth to clean up blood. The forensic team will be out with the Luminol - you can tell I watch too many true crime programmes!

I know Jai hasn't always been a good guy but I don't want him to be a murderer. Amit deserved to suffer but don't turn Jai into a villian again.

Something I noticed was the camera afo us on Amit's ring .
It was a silver snake /serpent type ring .

The camera really focused on it when he put the keys down ..and in the house

Unless the focus was meant to be the keys he left on the counter ? 🤔🤔

Not another baddie locked up in a barn/cellar/bedroom......I am glad Amit isn't dead (only because I didn't want Jai to be a murderer, altho everyone else in Emmerdale is these days). Now this story is going to drag on & on.

Loved Jai and Eric getting one over on Amit. Hopefully that is the last we've seen of him. Suni really is a little bit dim isn't he. Bit cruel what Jai said about him not being able to run a business but so true.

So is that the last we've seen of slimy Amit? I really hope it is but feel it was all a bit rushed. I know Emmerdale has a habit of dragging stories out (she who shall not be named, for example) but this was all tied up in about a week. Hopefully Suni will go off to India to look for him.

Fingers crossed that motormouth Ruby and Caleb do move elsewhere but I don't think they will otherwise bringing her in would have been totally pointless. To begin with he never uttered a sentence that didn't contain, "My soon to be ex wife" and now she's the only person for him, Bag of shite.

Whatever happened to that shipping container that jai used for Charity? Didn't declan get shut in there too?, I forget. It's amazing how many people have been held against their will in emmerdale, and even more surprising that they mostly get forgiven and end up relatively friendly again a few months down the line.

Some of them even marry each other later
