Has anyone seen the latest NSPCC helpline adverts (not the blood knickers poem one)? They're both to encourage people to ring up if they suspect CSA. One features a man who thinks something is bad with his daughters friend. The other features teachers.
This one concerns me as it shows her colleagues dismissing her concerns. Surely all teachers would be singing from the same hymn sheet when it comes to CSA. (dismissing her concerns and reminding her it's a serious allegations).
Though, saying that, I remember my teachers (in the 90s) seemed to be cool with guys (usually well into their 20s) hanging around to pick up their (14-5 year old) girlfriends. Are teachers more switched on now, especially now there's more awareness regarding grooming and county line exploitation)?
