Got the VPN set to Oz, Married at First Sight Australia is back!

I love MAFS Australia, and it's started again this week in Oz. Does anyone fancy a watch along? I watch on SouthHemiTV.

Already desperate to discuss the first two couples.

Just binged to catch up.

What immediately jumped out at me was that the women are all dressed fairly normally and there is hardly a pumped up lip between them. Makes a really refreshing change. I wonder whether that fake crap is all over in Oz? We just need socks for men to come back and man buns to be relegated to history and all will be well.

Richard gives me the ick too. I think his lack of sensitivity will rear its ugly head again at some point. I really don't want to see his lovely wife hurt!

Plus, what was all that awful performative dancing by the pool? She might be cock-struck enough to find that charming at the moment, but that's the sort of thing that will bring on the ick when things go a bit south.

I think putting grieving people in this experiment is cruel to both them and their partners. Having said that, Lucinda and Timothy are a complete mismatch. He is totally un-woo and she is too much. I like her, but some of her phrases make me turn myself inside out and I think he cringes too. He doesn't fancy her. If he'd been paired with a younger, less faux spiritual woman he'd have been up her like a rat up a drainpipe. I have no idea how they were matched.

Tori is giving major Bronte vibes. She knows it's bullshit, but she's putting on a show. He is rancid.

Just as well he wasn’t then. She’s eight years younger than him, just how young does he think he deserves? He’s punching with Lucinda, how does he think he’d succeed with a woman even further out of his league? I feel so sorry for her lumbered with him, she deserves far better.

Just watched the last CC. Sara looks like an extra from Star Trek in that outfit. Their relationship is dead in the water. Likewise, Lauren's. Two toxic females.

Tristan is so fake in front of the experts. Poor Cassandra, she is so lovely and deserves far more than this man who keeps pretending to listen to the experts, and then going back to his default setting.

I really hope he drops the "ever so 'umble" / "poor little me" act.

Well dinner party looks like it's going to be "deece" ....... couldn't help myself!
Ridge seems so up himself but then more mature at other times.. time will tell. Maddy is ALOT (acting or bananas??)
Agree about Tristan; do not think 5 mins with "expert" John is going to sort things out. And Cass isn't asking for the world.
(So hard because after today we have to wait until Sunday....)
