I'm annoyed they went this route with Tom because A: Belle deserves happiness after everything she's suffered already and B: he looks like great craic!

Mandy was only ever 2nd best in Paddy’s eyes. He’s never got over Chas. Now he’s humiliated her hopefully she’ll ditch him.

I felt really sorry for Mandy, she really made the effort and was on her best behaviour to make Paddy proud and then to be called a washer woman was very hurtful imo. She deserves better

Oh they probably did. Aren’t storylines filmed 6 weeks in advance or something? I was wondering if Emmerdale would do an off screen death for him and then maybe they’d bring Debbie back for the funeral or if they’d just keep him as living in Scotland

Yep - run for the hills Belle. That's twice Tom has bulldozed her into something. It's so annoying when characters say "Oh you should have talked to me about it etc" but don't really follow it up so it happens again and again.

Paddy was horrible to Mandy especially when she'd made the effort. She's not my favourite character but she didn't deserve that especially when she'd made an effort.

Sometimes I can't understand what Wendy says when she speaks in that croaky voice. Just get rid.
