Actually if you think of it Cathy was driving and Heath was in the passenger side cos we could see Angelica in the back but Heath was pulled from the back so Angelica may have driven.

Oooohhhh could be a twist that Angelica WAS driving but because Cathy is known to be the problem child she will get sent to prison for it.
