Well, Raid is actually for flies and wasps. But it does the job on spiders too without fail.

And the sad thing about peppermint is that it doesn't kill them, it simply repels 🙄

They used to crawl under the front door in my last flat so I had to spray peppermint around the whole door. And they only stopped coming when I lodged a rug at the bottom....
