I've watched throughout, but can't do the wedding renewals. Just too drawn out and ridiculous. I've lost faith in them all. Except O&T!. The rest are hopeless. Thanks for the comments in the thread, so I can still keep up. In minutes, not hours. Will be back for the reunions though, because I am weak 🤣

Aw! Mel and Layton made me cry. So happy they’re going to give it a go as think there’s great potential there.

Alyssa seems to have no self-awareness whatsoever. She seemed to have no inkling that Duncan was at all unhappy in the relationship or that she could have done anything to contribute to that. (“I don’t even know who that was!”) Maybe she will watch it all back and learn something from it but, somehow, I doubt it. She’ll be telling everyone that he broke up with her because he couldn’t deal with her having a CHILD!

My predictions:
Ollie and Tahnee - easy yes
Lyndall and Cam - both say no
Rupert and Evelyn - he’ll say yes, she’ll say no.

So Dramatic tends to have good gossip and gets interviews with some of the “stars” after it’s done.

Have had to unfollow while it’s been on as it’s an Australian page so they will have been on their pace

I've just caught up ... ah, I love Mel and Layton. I was saying to DS that I hoped they'd say yes and he said 'that's because they're you and Dad.' I am not a 9.5 and we don't have matching Porsches - but I think I do see a lot of myself and DH in them which is why I wanted them to work. Away from all the drama of the show, I think they'll be fine.

Alyssa was so deluded. She took parts from other relationships and applied them to her and Duncan - the 'he can be too logical' from Layton when it doesn't apply to Dunc at all. The 'help him to grow' from Cameron even though the experts told her Dunc was one of the most emotionally mature men in the experiment. I know she was brought up a Mormon and her DF was gay but she obviously has no healthy relationship models around her if she thought either of them should have been saying 'yes'.

I'm guessing Tahnee and Ollie will say 'yes'. And everyone else will say 'no'. And tbh that's exactly what should happen.

Both of those vows were so emotionally satisfying to watch. Saw on Twitter that Alyssa lost her job 2 weeks after the show aired and is now in therapy 3 times a week! Tbh although Dunc def did the right thing, I do feel a bit sorry for Alyssa, I can only hope this experience eventually helps her become a more calm and secure person.

I'd normally avoid them too, but Layton and Mel's was worth watching as they are both quite honest and Duncan and Alyssa was worth watching for the sheer batshiteery 😂
