Who will go with them? Is there time for new bombshells? 12 days to go. Bring it.

She has bags under her eyes. I think she has become aware of how disliked she is and how much of a bitch she came across as. She is saying the right things.

Zampa · 05/03/2023 22:01

I'm all about a Ron/Lana, Kai/Sanam top 2 now.

Me too now. Rosie is completely twisting what / how Ron said what he said. The words were correct but not the tone or context.

I liked that Lana stood up for herself and Ron - shows she can when she feels passionately enough about something.

To me, it appeared that because Sammie was slagging off Ron, Rosie wanted to be part of the group and so twisted his words to meet their narrative. All was pretty horrible.

Agree @Zampa re Maya's dress - she still looks gorgeous but the dress isn't good.

XanaduKira · 05/03/2023 23:07

@Zampa sorry tagged you re Maya's dress when it should have been @riotlady

Olivia has obviously been given some PR advice. She said all the right things.
Maxwell seems very level headed and mature for his age.

Rollergirl11 · 05/03/2023 23:15

Olivia was always very good at admitting to nothing whilst simultaneously sweeping any drama she started under the carpet so no change there. Did you hear her say that she’d already talked to the girls before her movie night clip of her chatting shit about them and that’s why they didn’t react to it and we why we didn’t see the girls calling her out on it? I wonder if that’s actually true.

treadcarefully · 05/03/2023 23:17

Ron said to Rosie 'if you want it to work outside'
and 'Casey likes to be around the boys' NOT ' it won't work outside ' and 'Casey prioritises the boys'
Liar liar pants on fire Rosie!
With regard to the game playing what Ron said is true about some couples in previous series follow the pattern of drama first then cruising to the end. He then said that he could see why viewers might think that was him and Lana and that they were now cruising. Samie especially didn't listen properly and then ran with what she thought she heard.
I'm one of the minority who does like Ron and Lana and there is definitely a divide between the couples. Am I the only one fed up of Will, Tom and Casey's humour together?
Ad others have said tonight was uncomfortable viewing just the same as it was with Jessie.

I agree. Even though I never liked Ron, I absolutely hate everyone ganging up on one person and in this episode he didn't actually do anything wrong! They are a bunch of snakes. And yes, I am totally fed up with Casey & Will & Tom's "humour".

I still think Casey is gay and not interested in any of the women. That's why he prefers to spend time with "the boys".

thecatsmeows · 05/03/2023 23:51

@treadcarefully To be honest there's no one in the Villa this series that I particularly like. As a fellow Aussie woman I'm so disappointed in Jessie, I think as a previous poster stated her 'relationship' with Will has been calculated move from the start. Her increasingly upset mood is because she's finding it hard to keep the act up - and that's not surprising, Will gets more and more fucking annoying.

I think Casey has realised him and Rosie have no chance of winning, so he's lost any interest in her (and I don't think he had much in the first place to be honest) and he's decided to act like he's on a boys holiday for the last week.

Boulshired · 05/03/2023 23:57

I don’t think Casey is necessarily gay, but that Casey wanted the humour contents when he leaves. To do this he needs an audience in the villa and that is will and Tom. His mistake was swapping Claudia for Rosie as Claudia said in aftersun he was the same with her but she put up with it whereas Rosie has made the drama.

WinterDeWinter · 06/03/2023 00:00

I had thought that maybe shaq was a bit pissed the night he went for Tom about losing, but it looks like that was Real Shaq and he’s actually a bit of a shit now his mask has slipped because he knows he and Tanya won’t win. What he said to Ron and Lana about trying to manufacture some sexual tension was really horrid and way too far. I’m sad - I thought he was so decent till recently (apart from the jealousy red flags)

WinterDeWinter · 06/03/2023 00:04

Ron’s response to shaq was quite cool I thought. They’ve both gone right up in my estimation and I disagree either are thick. I don’t think any of them are - or maybe Rosie. She certainly didn’t see that massive backfire coming haha.

Casey looks grubby and like he uses the pool for personal hygiene. Also, my bi-dar is bleeping.

Puffalicious · 06/03/2023 00:54

I'm always a bit🙄 about claims that the men are gay on LI, but it IS suspicious that both Casey and Will are desperate to be around Tom and physically touch him- the tickling on Unseen Bits/ tonight was fucking ridiculous and so cringey.

In theory Tom, Casey and Will could all be bisexual. Esp C and W.
Slightly annoying the producers cast these types all the time. Either be open or don't go on the show. Producers thinking we are all stupid.

Aquarius1234 · 06/03/2023 01:01

I feel the young producers focus too heavily on the men not the women. Air time etc

JL642 · 06/03/2023 03:04

Not a fan of Rosie. Agree with pp - not keen on shaq’s recent behaviour (ie comments to Ron) which is a shame as I liked him before

autienotnaughty · 06/03/2023 06:25

Apart from will, Casey and Tom nobody seems to like each other anymore. I feel like Rosie took what Ron said and used it to get attention. Samie was unusually bitchy about Ron and what she said was ridiculous and taken out of context. At this point I'm for Sanam and Kai. The rest are horrid.

Boulshired · 06/03/2023 08:40

The original split in the lads was Casey and Lana, Ron never really returned to the lads after that. I went from being on Casey side to enough is enough. Casey and Sammie have their own reasons to dislike Ron. Rosie was silly enough to think that because Ron’s not liked she could centre herself in drama and pry Casey away from the boys, which now its in Casey mind he”ll do it to prove Ron wrong. Other than Kai & Sanam it was only really Casey who has doubts about Rosie interpretation

Raspberrywi · 06/03/2023 10:09

It needs to end now it's descended into petty bitchyness, lots of people are showing their true colours at this point. I'm all for a Ron/Lana and Kai/Sanam final. Rosie is a stirrer for sure, it's so pathetic when people go to someone for advice just to go and report it around the villa to cause issues. Ron was correct tbh, Rosie was feeling like casey wasn't paying her enough attention in the first place so how she can then find it unreasonable that he points out the truth is really bizarre.

CellophaneFlower · 06/03/2023 10:20

Oh dear, Samie. You've fucked it now. I think Samie is quite dangerous for Tom, as I don't think he's particularly bright and seems to latch onto anything she says. It was like a lightbulb moment for him when she announced Ron's "game plan". Then he announced it to the other boys in an even more damning way.

I do wish Lana spoke up more. She's actually incredibly perceptive and level headed but just doesn't like the drama.

I think Rosie is just really self centred and heard what she wanted to hear in that convo to try to get her point across to Casey, without it actually coming from her. She doesn't give a shit who she throws under the bus to get what she wants. She's also very needy. She's been with Casey for what, 5 minutes, but expects him to suddenly devote all his time to her? She'd be a nightmare girlfriend and one that all her boyfriends mates had an issue with.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but happy to have Ron and Lana in the final now.

XelaM · 06/03/2023 11:18

Me too 😳and I couldn't stand them from the beginning. But I actually think they are both quite intelligent and perceptive (unlike popular opinion about Lana being thick) and I can understand why Ron can't stand the other guys. The Casey/Will/Tom insufferable show would drive me up the wall if I was in there and Shaq is quite often a total arse. Ron and Lana and Kai and Sanam appear like the only normal ones. I really like Tom and him and Samie are physically gorgeous, but Samie is very snakey and bitchy.

Agree. I think Tom would have been far better with Claudia. I was completely wrong about Ron at the start, as thought he was far more laddish. He isn't at all. I loved how Lana spoke about him, when she described how he has to analyse and sum things up. I'm guessing that's why he does the job he does. I definitely think they'll go the distance on the outside.

I'm starting to think they might and you definitely have a point about his job. He's not an idiot. I don't know if I'd have the patience to watch Casey/Tom/Will tickle each other and generally behave like apes. I would probably have flipped if I were in Ron's shoes. No wonder Kai/Sanam and Ron/Lana keep to themselves.

I also agree about Tom and Claudia. I actually think they might get together on the outside. He definitely had a thing for her and they are far more suited to each other personality wise.

planningnightmare · 06/03/2023 11:58

I think this might be the last season I'm watching. Am I remembering the earlier seasons wrong in remembering that there was way more friendship and fun and light heartedness?
surely thats not just down to the individual contestants. back then "only" 50k winnings were on the line. now, the million pound fashion deals mean everyone goes in with a ruthless aim to stand out - as everyone would! they would he dim not to.
and the producers seem to have drastically changed the way they film / structure how they get content l, it just feels so different

CrkdLttrCrkdLttr · 06/03/2023 12:08

Am I right that there’s a week left?

Poorly judged when they’ve completely run out of content. Couldn’t believe I was watching such pointless, contrived, unimportant - and worse, un-entertaining crap last night. (I say watching, kept having to wake myself up.)

What on earth will they do to fill up the remaining hours of screen time?

kenyaswhiterefrigerator · 06/03/2023 12:17

If the final is next Monday I'm guessing we'll have the talent show tonight and something like the baby challenge.

Final dates over two nights , an eviction or two and meet the parents on Sunday?

It's going to be a long slog
