I think these islanders - and the producers - have taken too much from last year's LI - they think because the public voted for Ekin-Su and Davide that it meant that Ekin-Su was 'forgiven' by the public for mucking Davide around. What they don't seem to get is how disliked Luca and Gemma actually were...Gemma in particular couldn't have made it more clear that she didn't even like Luca!

Hence so much of the 'I'll go off with someone else then come back to my original partner and all will be forgiven' bollocks that is going on this year.

I still can't stand his chin pubes, but good on that Martin for calling Tanya out. She was all over him like a cheap suit a week ago. She has both lied and used him.

I'm guessing now that all the split couples are reunited, there'll be a recoupling and Martin will go. Then there'll be some compatibility votes (islanders choose or public) and then we will be down to the final 5 couples as we approach the final fortnight.

Goodness but Olivia is almost deranged with delusional fury. Her face when Sanam was describing the ❤️date (clearly not having tipped Kai out of the kayak as Olivia had hoped). It doesn’t seem right to excoriate individuals for their character rather than their actions, but really, the targeting of Sanam after having no luck with Kai is peculiarly unpleasant and … not in the spirit of the show. 🐰(Where’s the huge saucepan emoji when you need it?)

And Shaq’s face as sunlight rose over the hills … He’s so happy. Stupid boy.
