Having missed the beginning of tonight's episode, I seem to have missed whats going on with Mobs (why was he toasting fatherhood?) and about to snog his boss?

I think I remember seeing a prog about the making of holby/casualty. They do indeed use medical experts for the making of the program, but as a phrase goes "why spoil a story for the sake of the truth" and I think this applies to every single topic on telly!
