I am going to restrained and try to avoid the spoiler this year. This means not reading comments on FB or Insta until after the results show. There have been in the past, posters joining the Strictly thread just to "accidentally" leak who went out, so I'll probably take a break from the thread between 10pm tonight to the end of the show tomorrow too.

Watching last night's iTT . I'm really warming to Graziano he's being lovely to kym. I used to think he was a bit arrogant but he's a nice lad.

It going to be interesting - apart from James and Amy who I just cant warm to I dont particularly have a strong view on who I want to go!

I remember a lot of us thinking the same about Gio back in the day, then deciding the slight standoffishness was down to his limited command of English. Quite likely that was the case with Graziano. He’s definitely warmer and livelier than he was when he started.

I haven't been able to watch live for a while due to small DCs and a disinterested DH. However, eldest DC is (pretending) to want to watch so she can stay up late so I might actually get to join you this year! Would be nice to have someone to talk to about it, I haven't had that since I met DH 12 years ago!

It will be interesting to see who is most improved later. And there is always someone who did ok in Week One, but disappoints in Week Two.

I saw a Facebook video of Amy in hospital (not very recent) talking about her Crohns Disease. It looks so debilitating. She must be an inspiration to young dancers with the same disease or similar conditions.

Evening everybody, I will be watching live through gritted teeth in the company of ancient mother and brother who knows nothing about dance WHATSOEVER but who insists on critiquing EVERYTHING and ruining the show.
