I still don't understand why it was shelved as it is popular in UK and in Australia as well?

Turns out the channel 5 funding was keeping the series afloat and without it wasn't financially viable. I can only assume viewing figures must have been falling. I haven't watched for a few years I must admit and been attracted by the return of old classic characters.

Ironically the viewing figures have probably increased since it was announced it would finish.

Okay, I’ve not watched neighbours for about 10years, and I am still Uber sad about it. I’m going to try and binge watch the last month to watch the end. Can someone give me a heads up as to who’s doing what or any thread or link to catch me up on the last 10 years??

I'm not sure what was happening a month ago tbh so it's hard to update yo u without spoiling anything.

Karl and Susan are still together, they have a lad called Hendrix living with them. He used to be BAD but now he's BELOVED. His Step Mom is Chloe (tall, long blonde hair) and his gf is Mackenzie (tall, long blonde hair...)
Jane is back, with her daughter Nicolette who is a lesbian and has a baby Isla with Aaron and David who are gay. David is Paul's son, along with his twin brother Leo who is a single Dad to a baby the same age as Isla who's name I forget.

Paul lives in the Penthouse with Leo since his split from Therese who is now with Paul's brother Glen, who once upon a time fell off a roof and left the show.
Glen had a secret daughter, Kiri who is living with Chloe and Mackenzie.

Toadie is still in it, and he's with Mel (used to be in it) and he has two kids from two women (one dead, one in jail). He's also living with Amy (used to be in it) and Amy's daughter Zara.

Its prob just easier to ask as you go if you're unsure and we'll try and. help.
