sphil, I think that she had actually realised she would like to give it a go with him but he was angry at her and when she got there, that Katy was there and blamed everything on Neela. (When Ray got him by the truck, he was trying to phone Neela and looking at his phone)

I think Ray was insinuating that he didn't want anything out of pity and she left. You only hear a few more things about him through snatches of conversation and noncharacter Katy sending a care package. He goes home to live with his parents.

I also dislike the way that everyone is in love with her.

Luca does come back this season at some point. But...maybe a little too late for Abby

I like the new guy in charge of the ER - didn't he use to be in LA Law?

I don't think anything has HAPPENED to luka - he quit (or was sacked can't remember) and then flew over to see his father. Someone else has his job so he will clearly not come back to work but he's not been killed off or anything (yet! this is ER after all, people are not allowed to just move on)

He resigned from being chief but not from his job at the hospital. His dad got sick just as him and abby were supposed to be going on honeymoon.

She didn't go because it didn't seem like it was going to take long but then it does. It gets played out this season.

It's on C4 at 8 tonight!

But better still the last one from the last series was on tonight too, so I'm able to catch up on that .

I've just finished watching episode 12 last night so even though there was a month break cos of the writers strike they are now going all the way through til the end.

presume that will be the same of Ch4 (without the month break)

well - I managed a mammoth 11 episodes of series 13 on Friday (2 early morning, 1 in the afternoon and 7 after the DS's were in bed ) and saw the first of the new series on Saturday night.

can't believe what happened to Ray !
