I have a question about the last episode if anyone who has seen it is around.

I didn’t understand why Beth said Rio now works for her. How did that happen. I know brousin Nick is in prison but she didn’t get his job on city council. And he wasn’t in charge of Rio.

I think the skincare cult was a compare and contrast with the gangsters. Although they didn't actually kill anyone they were similar in ensnaring people into a misogynist brotherhood (aka gang) and luring them further and further in with no escape.

I liked Annie too and wanted her to be OK. Not sure how it was her that ended up in prison. Did she touch the gun when it was in the glovebox? Surely there would be next to no traces of gunpowder on her hands because she didn't fire it.

That skin care MLM stuff was just weird and pointless. Tbh I think it was just shoe horned in to give the character something to do. It made no sense, he was supposed to have a ankle thing that kept him close to home but he could travel enough to sell creams? Weird.

As for Rio, I have no idea. The whole brother suddenly appearing was also weird.
I think they just ran out of ideas and we're trying to come up with stuff just to carry on making the show.
Should have ended it after season 2, given it a proper ending and be done with it.

Last serious was so disappointing and confusing! Why did Annie go to jail? What happened to Ruby and Stan? Think it was best cancelled, shame as loved it previously. And Rio😋

“Tell that to the alpaca sitting on my crouch” has to be one of the best comedic lines ever!

Or when Anne says “like cold because Im dead?” When Rio comes to get her.

She is definitely the best character.

Me too. All that dodgy dealing, shooting each other, police and secret service agents...and then there they are sat in a park like an old married couple. The only true resolution was for Rio to die and then for her to take over the business.

I really disliked Beth the last couple of seasons. She had such an annoying victim mentality, nothing was ever her fault.

I found the ending a bit silly, Beth seemingly ending up a ‘big boss’ when at the same time she shits herself when things get serious. I was gutted when the scene in Nevada turned out to be a dream😂 that would have been the best solution for everyone.

Annie was the best character (the guy from the cash converter(?) type place was the second best, I howled at the scene where they kidnapped him) . Annie went to prison because she put her prints on the gun I think. It wasn’t shown, but there was a scene where she told Rio’s helper (forgot his name) that Beth couldn’t be the one going to prison and off they went. Which was bullshit because by the end of it, not even her kids wanted her, all she cared about was being a criminal.

It really did turn to shit didn't it. Season 4 was pointless IMO!

Just watched the last episode and was so disappointed.
It should have been Rio's prints on the gun to finish the story and give the women a fresh start.
Surely Beth can just tell the police it want Annie and her prints on the gun are a set up.
I loved the first season but the writing and plots on the last season have been awful. How do writers get away with it? It's like they can't be bothered. The two agents storylines were ridiculous.
As for them blaming the Manny for the cancellation - that sounds like the writers from season 4 came up with that excuse!

I Liked it until beth got hooked up with gang banger . I Lost interest after that . After season 2 I was done it just didn't have good plot .kind of stupid just my opinion
