Your comments are very aggressive to a random set of strangers on the Internet. None of us were involved with writing filming or creating the programme. I find your comments very misogynistic and even a little creepy to be honest.
However it sounds like your comments are coming from a lot of pain and anger about penis size.
I don't know what experiences you've had with women in general, and whether you have had a bad experience but I would ask you to reconsider the importance or significance of penis size.
My first reaction on seeing it in the programme was - yuk. It's not something I personally find appealing, the opposite.
I suspect many women would find it hard to accommodate that physically, and it could create pain and physical problems during sex. It's almost a handicap. I know many women might not say that, but that also might depend on their experiences.
I think it's significant that the reason they show it is all about the husband and his jealousy/reaction. It's almost a male worst case scenario for added dramatic impact, and that's the perspective I saw it from.
Men talk about, care about and think about penis size a lot more than women, I can assure you.
