We thought Robbo and Jas were wrong for each other and Tori should tap that ass not get the turkey baster out. Olivia and Hunter hadn't left and Bella was still missing and Leah hadn't fell for Justin but Zig had for Brodie and Mason was still alive. Ma Astoni might not live but she did and they hadn't moved away and Taffy hadnt been sent away to live with dirty dog who broke Ziggy's heart before her parents left for Italy and Robbo got Tori pregnant and Leah moved in with Justin and Jazzy married Robbo who died in a car crash after the bad guys caught him bit not before he and Jas had cared for Grace whilst Tori was in a coma and Mason died and Colby went to jail and Bella was found and Olivia and Hunter went for good and Alf's dead wife came back from the dead because he knew all along she wasn't really dead but he didn't know about her secret love child who only she can now see. And now Brodie is gone with his Scarlet woman and Ziggy has loved and dumped Dean for helping Colby hide his murder of Bella's Dad which cost Colby his marriage and now his freedom bit hey Willow will be back and so will Dean's son and there's still his sister who's pregnant with a baby Parata after picking the eldest but listing after the youngest who's now with Ziggy her house mate. And Jas is getting over Robbo but probably getting under Lewis who hates Christian who's engaged to Tori who's the mother of Grace and the step daughter of Jas. Did I miss anything? Oh back then Mas still loved John bit god knows why and now they're split up and he's with Susie who's clearly a bad 'un and set to cause strife and ruin Leah's life. Ryder's still Ryder and Roo is still single, Irene still needs to get laid.

Is this going to put Constable Handsome in a quandary? Uphold the law, or dob his sister and her mates in (because he WILL find out) 🤔😅

The new promos are exciting! Mac gets offered an Indecent Proposal style deal by one of the guys at her gambling nights! It all turns ugly and Jai gets threatened! The RIVER BOYS roll back into town!

Oh, and Theo and Chloe appear to get together 🙄

But the RIVER BOYS! I knew Dean had been an upstanding member of the Bay for too long. It’ll make me miss Ash and the Braxtons all over again though…

The River Boys! Can't wait for that.

Well if Chloe gets with Theo that will hopefully stop the creepy eyes and pretend crying.

I just read a rumour on the Digital Spy forum that the actor playing Tane finishes filming in July 😱

How long will Nikau stay once Bella leaves and he’s the only Parata left? Imagine the irony of the awful Chloe being the only member of that family to stay in the Bay?

Is it just me or have they not stayed as long as other characters normally do?

That’s a lot of characters we’re losing quite quickly: Ari, Mia, Ryder, Bella, Logan, Jasmine, possibly Tane. It’ll just be Alf, Marilyn, Roo and Leah talking about the good old days!

Aw I didn’t know Bella was leaving. Will she and Nik break up? They’re so sweet together (apart from the modelling SL when I stopped watching for about 3 months!)

He does have his lifesaving gig - maybe John will retire, move to the city to be near Jett and Nik could take over the surf club 🤔

I'm not fully caught up - I’m hoping Chloe’s call to Mia is the beginning her very belated redemption arc 🙏

I'll be sad to see Bella leave. Hope they don't kill Tane off

Massive spoiler dump on Back to the Bay - far too much to paraphrase here 😂 so I thought I’d just bring you the highlight which is that it looks like Chloe might be leaving after all! She hasn’t been spotted filming since March so fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Oh and rumours of a biker gang arriving in the Bay - if that doesn’t result in a massive scrap between them and the River Boys (who have to bring back Brax, Heath and Ash for support) then the script writers literally need to hand the job over to us right now so we can do a proper job of things.

Oooo we haven't had any proper bad boy action for ages so that is good news!

I hate being so down on a female character but they really made a mistake with how they cast and wrote Chloe. Mia was better acted and much more believable.

They’ve certainly got some jazzy promos on IG, still find it weird HAA is prime time telly there and here it’s afternoon telly.

Theo also has a cracking voice

It's prime time here because it gets better ratings. People are more likely to be home from work/school at 7pm when it airs compared to during the day.

Compared to many other places we are pretty lucky!

I tend to watch it (recorded) at prime time anyway - send the kids up and have a half hour of “me and HAA” time before DH comes down to watch Ozark or whatever.

So both Logan AND Jas have now left in Aus. Logan just disappears within minutes having decided that he can’t deal with the whole poker night (and associated stories) shenanigans, so he makes one phone call and rejoins the army (who knew it was that easy?!). Oh, and just leaves Mac a voicemail to tell her…

And Jas gets a phone call to say Robbo’s mother has had a heart attack so she goes to help out on the farm. Obviously they’re going to have to write in a bit to explain why she never comes back from that, given that Sam Frost then decided to leave permanently!

Mom dies, Torii comes to the funeral (that we don't see) and she goes back with her, I reckon. Meanwhile puffiness between them where he admitted he's not OK being second best to her dad husbands family / he cheated etc hence no reason to come back

Do we think Cash falls for Rose when Jazz is away? It's a shame as he and Jazz are a believable couple.

Chloe is still annoying but hopefully she and Theo will drift into the background...

Agree Chloe still annoying but Leah was a bit off interrogating her at dinner … although Chloe had that weird look after agreeing to come to the dinner so maybe Leah’s instincts not too far off. I can’t see any spoilers about them so maybe they just become a vanilla couple in the background.
