Just watched this on ITV thought Sheridan was lovely and has been through so much with her brother dying then her dad only recently. She was very honest about her mental health problems and how she was worried about how it would effect her pregnancy and being a mum. Really enjoyed it and her honesty.

Loved it. Must admit I watched the last five minutes with tears in my eyes, it was very moving - and I really hope will help other women struggling with similar issues. Huge respect to Sheridan for being brave enough to open up in this way.

This was very moving. We never know what's going on in other people's lives

I've gone right off graham norton though

It was great when she went to Derby.
It made me think that celeb mums like her must get very lonely as it isn't the norm for them to go to baby groups etc.
Having a baby can be isolating enough!

Graham Norton went even further down in my estimations after watching that. It was heartbreaking and really illustrated how a few words said apparently in jest can bring a vulnerable person to breaking point.

I watched the whole documentary through tears and was so impressed by the bravery Sheridan displayed at sharing her raw feelings and fears. I wanted to reach through the television and give her a huge hug and reassure her that yes, she deserves her baby, and that she will be the most wonderful mother. I like to think she is a mumsnet user and recognises from the many threads in pregnancy and postnatal health that her feelings are not unusual and that her honesty in sharing them is hugely helpful to other vulnerable women.

Sheridan if you are reading this, huge respect to you from one mummy to another, and thankyou for having the bravery to share your challenges. Your partner and baby are lucky to have you.

I didn't recognise her. Has she had something done?

Sorry I missed this, what did GN do or say to her?

@Endlessmizzle

Sorry I missed this, what did GN do or say to her?
It was at the 2016 Baftas. He was hosting and she was in the audience. Around the time of the Baftas, Sheridan’s Dad was diagnosed with cancer and pulled out of her starring role in a production of Funny Girl due to mental health issues. This came after a performance was cancelled midway through, with theatre management citing “technical difficulties” as the cause.

Graham Norton said at the Baftas: “We’re all excited for a couple of drinks tonight. Or, as it’s known in theatrical circles, a few glasses of technical difficulties,”. Sheridan had in fact become addicted to anti-anxiety tablets and that’s why she cancelled.

She felt so humiliated in front of her peers after Norton’s comments she decided to immediately stop taking the tablets. This led to her seizuring five times but luckily her friend found her and took her to A&E.

Hopefully Graham Norton will think twice before he humiliates someone like that again.
