Buying and Selling - The Property Brothers

I’ve just discovered this and am obsessed. 😳 Firstly I am totally envious at the mega size of what are, to Canadians, normal family homes. Secondly, why does every single couple, without exception, stipulate that they must have twin basins in the bathroom? Do most couples really stand side by side each morning to brush their teeth?

Also, normally a Buyer can't back out over a minor issue from the inspection, like a single hole in the wall or a light fixture not working. It needs to be something like the roof failing or foundation crumbling.

The buyers get very excited about having a "spigot". The boys updates always look very modern and more like UK/Europen home preferences.

I also love this show. I love the changes they make to the properties and I love seeing the swanky houses. I only watch it for the brothers really
