I'm just catching up now- it's really depressing and horrible. And quite possibly really accurate.
.
The bloke who assessed me, was ok. But it was still, 9 years on, a humiliating and depressing experience. I was 30 weeks pg, had left work due to illness, and it was not an easy pregnancy. I knew it wasn't necessary- as I would be getting Maternity allowance anyway- but I still went. But other people were there with no choice. And no family. And I can only begin to imagine the shit that UC etc adds to the mix for people these days. So , Mad
I really hope everything works out for you.
I hated the blokes smug smile when he thought he had caught her out over the fact she had been able to get back from the loo
