The woman called Amy looks so young and it said she has been doing sex work for 15 years!!

flopsyrabbit1 · 23/05/2018 22:48

you just cant imagine doing it year after year,no life,no family,no joy over anything just existing for drugs

ZibbidooZibbidooZibbidoo · 23/05/2018 22:50

I just can’t. Those poor women. Fucking drugs. Fucking raping men. Fucking child abusers. I hate them all for taking these women’s lives. Angry

flopsyrabbit1 · 23/05/2018 22:51

i know,sober watching

clumsyduck · 23/05/2018 22:57

That Joan's story is so fucking sad

flopsyrabbit1 · 23/05/2018 23:13

was incredibly sad the storys

you mostly find that most have either some abuse or been in care etc as children, its like they never had a chance of a normal life

ZibbidooZibbidooZibbidoo · 23/05/2018 23:24

I remember reading about Eileen Wuornos (sp?) who was a prostitute who killed lots of men and then was sentenced to death. Her childhood was just appalling and you can see how she never stood a chance of not going down the path of drugs and prostitution. Not unless someone kidnapped her and spent a fortune on rehab and intensive therapies and even then, her brain was always going to be permanently damaged from her childhood.

flopsyrabbit1 · 23/05/2018 23:32

that sounds interesting,

in many respects we are the product of our upbringing, not always but i believe it can play heavily into adult hood

ZibbidooZibbidooZibbidoo · 23/05/2018 23:43

Oh definitely! Queens university Belfast have done a study on young offenders here in NI. They found that almost 9 out of 10 young offenders here have a brain injury. I find that quite astonishing.

flopsyrabbit1 · 24/05/2018 00:34

omg thats shocking

some people dont stand a chance from birth

ZibbidooZibbidooZibbidoo · 24/05/2018 00:46

They really don’t.

BlessedBeTheFruitCake · 24/05/2018 13:07
