My friend is learning English and wonders what the bolded quote means - I have no idea as I don't watch the programme - can anyone advise please?! Grin Is it a joke?!

I haven't seen the programme but the bolded quote suggests the person was cold (i.e. unemotional)

It's the other way round: cooling not warming, and they are saying that he died, once you hit room temp you are dead.

Presumably this was preceded by a question about someone?

Yes so room temperature not body temperature means he's dead and no longer controlling his own temperature.
