I usually visit DS and Metro Soaps for my EE spoilers.

We have the following to look forward to:

  • 'whodunnit' when Babe finally gets what she deserves
  • Possible romances between Denise & Kush, Claudette & Patrick, Steven and Johnny
  • a 'difficult' storyline for Kim??
  • Kathy & Buster get found out?
  • Dean's trial
  • whatever it is that Ben & Jay are planning

I also suspect that before the new producer comes along that more chatacters will be leaving

Chelle looks younger now than she did 20 years ago. Her new character in an acting sense might do a fabulous job, but. The casting is shit

I have just started watching EE again after years in the wilderness after that whole sorry baby swap affair. Anyway you lot seem more fun than the other thread so marking my place.

Not sure they should have re-cast Michelle but they have re-cast so many other characters and she left so long ago now.

I thought Denise might tell Phil he was going to be a dad again but kept schtum. As for Hev. She and Shirl were a great double act.

Yes, no real funny one since Hev departed. Shirl has her moments and donna can be amusing at times, but Hev was a one off. I liked her character , she was so pleasant to everyone.

Can't wait to see Max tonight. Saw some pictures of Ronnie and Roxy on my newsfeed sitting on the edge of a bridge drinking. Very odd!

Isn't Kim supposed to be the funny one? But they make her into a one trick pony. She can do good serious stuff but they never give it full rein and she's just back to being lazy and loud. She hasn't been funny since she used to annoy Janine by calling her Janice. I sobbed to hear Hev's voice again, she had such a lot of people being shit to her in her short life.

Hev'n'Shirleys friendship was like Grant'n'Nigel.
You would never put them together as pairs but they were solid friends.

Didn't he get married to Claire's teacher Miss Hay and go and live happily ever in Scotland ? I think he might have come back for 1 episode. Dot used to go and see him sometimes. Obviously, he then had a career change and became a doctor in Holly City.
