I usually visit DS and Metro Soaps for my EE spoilers.

We have the following to look forward to:

• 'whodunnit' when Babe finally gets what she deserves
• Possible romances between Denise & Kush, Claudette & Patrick, Steven and Johnny
• a 'difficult' storyline for Kim??
• Kathy & Buster get found out?
• Dean's trial
• whatever it is that Ben & Jay are planning

I also suspect that before the new producer comes along that more chatacters will be leaving

Vincent is also leaving.

Not too bothered about Michelle or Vincent leaving. They’ve definitely run their course. What could you even do with Michelle at this point other than another boyfriend?

Apparently Jean is back this week too. Groan. Sausage surprise all round.

i had to track it down on the internet, but i also read about Michelle and Vincent both going. i think Vincent has been underused and its a shame as him and kim were good together and had a certain charm, seemed mostly happy too. michelle i am not that bothered about, once her toy boy went she didnt have much to do - the stalker story wasn't that great and it seemed a bit lame having her back really.
I knew Kat wasnt dead - its not hard to work out from the trailers and tv mags that are everywhere - i hope she is a bit toned down and not as shouty as before. wonder where her children are though? i didnt watch Red water, saw 2 and gave up, so no idea what went on with Alfie etc. i cant believe they blew 1 million all at once!
I did read that the whole slater clan might show up - where will they all live? i bet Mo is in on it, she is acting strangely.

Ah no I love Vincent other characters can dot about not doing much and they don't leave a(Billy Mitchell) there is huge scope for the Fox -Hubbards it is a real shame he is leaving. They bring Mel back there was no need to bring Mel&son back then get rid of current characters

Hayley is also coming with the other Slaters so they’re going to dominate the show again as they did in the early 2000’s. She is a very unappealing character and I’m predicting a really boring on/off relationship with Jay.

Jay deserves better. I hope he doesn’t fall for her.
Next week they find out it’s a scam and Kat lives on -mo has done this for money to pay someone off. The slaters are slated! Jean decides to stay on.

Maggie Steed has already left. Joyce dies next week.

oh dear, Ted will go into even more of a depression - he hasnt even got Patrick's money to go away to see his son either. been a lot of death lately. they didnt do much with the Joyce character did they? just the shot at Johnny !
I wonder if Mo will be hounded for the money still or just let Kat 'sort it out' - doesnt sound as if Kat has any money left from her win though - where will she work?

She'll probably get her stall back. Where will they all live? Hayley as well?

Kat can't live with stacey, she is banged out with children.
renting is huge amounts and none of them work.

I didn't watch riverford or riverwhatever it was called so no idea if Kat and Alfie are broke now. Why did they buy a bar in Spain? What a terrible investment.

Looks like EE is doing a knife crime storyline that's something to do with Shaki and Keegan. Let's hope Shaki doesn't die, I couldn't stand Bonnie Langford grief 'acting'.

I read about the knife story. I wasn’t happy - too much like real life. I know it happens etc but feels too much - eps if one of them dies!
Too grim.

It was called Kat and Alfie : red water and was on last year. I gave up after 2 and it was v odd. Alfie has a brain tumour. Dunno how he is caring for 3 kids!

Keegan is a lovely lad really I’m sure. It Will be sad if it’s him that dies! ( even if he is really scary at times)

At least knife crime is a real problem (especially in London), which is more than can be said for the gangster with the whole community in his grasp or the CF who cons friends and family with lies about a death.

I'm sorry to hear about Joyce - she and Ted had potential to develop into good characters, but have just been denied a decent backstory and plot to work with.

I read Broke Kinsella who used to be in Ee is advising on the knife crime story her brother was fatally stabbed and she set up a charity

I don't have much faith the writers can do a knife crime story properly. The real life issues surrounding it are many and complex but we'll see. Most of the perpetrators in London are black - link here before I get accused of racism - but as this is the BBC I bet the role of who attacks Shakil or/and Keegan will be taken by a white actor.

South - they will have an array of different characters and nationalities I bet. I hope they do this as sensitively as they can - but it’s a tough subject to cover and will upset people I’m sure of it.

Just saw the headlines about a MAJOR character coming back. Ooh who could it be? Maybe it’s Alfie or Grant or another 80s/90s throwback.
