I usually visit DS and Metro Soaps for my EE spoilers.

We have the following to look forward to:

  • 'whodunnit' when Babe finally gets what she deserves
  • Possible romances between Denise & Kush, Claudette & Patrick, Steven and Johnny
  • a 'difficult' storyline for Kim??
  • Kathy & Buster get found out?
  • Dean's trial
  • whatever it is that Ben & Jay are planning

I also suspect that before the new producer comes along that more chatacters will be leaving

The current boss, John Yorke, brought in the Slaters back in 2000 so maybe he feels he still has something to prove with them? Big Mo was doing nothing by the time she finally left (and had been relegated to a recurring role) and I don’t think there’s much that can be done with her going forward.

Big Mo had zero storylines other than shagging Fat Elvis. It’s baffling why they’d bring her back. Jean is also pretty boring. Unless she has another breakdown there’s not much that can be done with her. I can’t stand her and know most people find her irritating rather than cute.

Kat has some potential I suppose. If Alfie is dead then that would be a big storyline for her. But again I think they’ve wrung most of the drama out of that character.

why would Stacey do this ? martin is doing his best for her and the kids , two of which are not his children!! why go back to Max who is a walking disaster? what hold does he have over her?

Bringing all these old faces back is a bit tedious - I did read that Mel has a teenage son ( steve owen's son) and now the Slaters coming back too. Why not have some new characters?
agree that Martin doesn't deserve all this crap with Stacey.

Agree. They’ve hardly had any successful new characters. I like Keanu and Bernie, but can’t stand the rest of the chav family or the old couple.

The departing characters list is so long. Abi, Lauren, Ben, Fi and Sausage. Why are they getting rid of all of the young people? They have the best drama.

from what little is mentioned about next week in the tv guide, it seems shirley tries to stop the heist, which implies that Mick does go ahead with it. the Brannings try to come to terms with what has happened ( although no mention of who dies?) the aunt and uncle of Masood are mentioned and Mrs spam is upset about something.

I've read less in tv mags etc (often see front pages as I walk past!) than some people have revealed on the no spoilers thread 🤦🏼‍♀️

EE have done very well keeping things under wraps - such as Tanya's return.

Have found out Sausage Carter is leaving the show too though. So that's 4 20 something's exiting.

There are pictures of Max looking sad at a funeral. So I assume one of them, or the baby, dies.

The shattered pelvis is usually an excuse to put someone in a wheelchair forever.

The pictures show the coffin which is adult sized. They show Max, Josh and also Michelle amongst others.

Hopefully Monday is the day when Mel returns. I can't see any spoilers about when exactly she comes back.

Totally agree that the shadow is a long haired person - so assume it's a woman (probably very unPC!)

Yes, rewatched it and the long-haired person in the garage is probably Mel. Very much looking forward to Monday's episode now.
