EE are generally pretty clever about releasing spoilers they want us to see and hiding the stuff they don't.

I've not read any spoilers... my theory is that there will be an accident & someone will get hurt [duff, duff] then the camera will zoom in on an exposed hand to reveal the tattoo. [Cut to scene with other person laughing in Vic while waiting for his beloved]

Or maybe Paul's mum will see "Paul" on Ben's hand & think she approached the wrong person before. Or she'll see "Ben" on Paul's hand & freak out when she realises he's gay. Family member struggles to accept character's homosexuality isn't something EE has touched on much before...
