Few flimsy stories floating about

Will Bobby get off - do we care?

Will babe be found out

Will Ollie be ok

How will they hide Linda's pregnancy and where will she go

Will donna be pregnant by her adoptive brother

Will GAVIN be caught

Anything else?

Yeah the middle aged men on Albert Square aren't that appealing, no wonder Denise has her eyes on Kush!

Will Pam have enough time to wipe the make up of Les's face and get him into a pair of trousers?

And I really don't get why the Mitchell's are making such a fuss about the cost of Peggy's funeral. They all always seem to have lots of money to pay people off, buy businesses the drop of a hat etc.

Not a spoiler but having seen the pics of Peggy's funeral, I suggest you all keep an eye out for Sharon's skirt.

I hate it when they talk about topical news stories on EE. It just seems a bit false and stilted - not like a normal conversation at all.
So fed up with the stupid Cokers. It's really not that big a deal - who would actually really give a shit that he cross dresses? And why would Pam be so cool about a gay grandson yet call Les's thing for cross-dressing a perversion?
It's all so annoying.

MrsJayy · 29/06/2016 11:33

Pam just thinks people will think badly of her and Les I dont think she sees it as the same as paul being gay its all about what the neighbours will say imo. Yes i can see why Kush is so appealing to Denise

Jasonandyawegunorts · 29/06/2016 11:36

It just seems a bit false and stilted

Yeah, this topical subject... and that one

and don't forget that the thing which also recently happened was....

Yes, that's true, but now we've discussed all these items let's not mention them again.

Grin I love it when they do it, it's so rubbish. I remember when michael jackson died, they had Patrick and Denise have a stilted conversation.

BeYourselfUnlessUCanBeAUnicorn · 29/06/2016 11:38

Yes the scenes thrown in about the referendum and England seemed very wooden and didn't flow.

How are they going to write Linda out for months? She is looking very pregnant now. She'll be behind the bar a lot!

SheHasAWildHeart · 29/06/2016 11:47

I don't know why Pam just doesn't tell Ben about Babe, now that he's family it's useful to have a Mitchell on your side, and am pretty sure he'd soon scare Babe.

hippiedays · 29/06/2016 13:03

But is Buster really a nice guy? Didn't he spend time in prison? Didn't he leave Shirley to being up her kids alone?

I totally understand where Pam is coming from. Accepting Pauls sexuality is not comparable to finding out the man you have been married to for donkey's years is a cross dresser and has lied forever! She only went back to her marriage when Les convinced her it was finished. I can't think of a comparison - maybe it is like accepting your husband is having an ongoing secret affair.

An old work colleague went home one day to find her husband wearing her underwear. She was devastated, absolutely devastated. For financial reasons, they continued their marriage in name only,. They now lead completely separate lives.

Jasonandyawegunorts · 29/06/2016 13:07

maybe it is like accepting your husband is having an ongoing secret affair.

It's some lipstick and a wig.

MrsJayy · 29/06/2016 13:36

He didnt know shirleys kids were his shirley passed them off as poor Kevins he seems the ducker diver cockney geezer type i luvs buster and wont hear a bad word against him even if he is likely to have an affair with kaffy

MrsJayy · 29/06/2016 13:39

Its not really just a wig and lipstick though its secrets deception and living a double life then its lipstick and a wig he went on holiday as christine every year for years I do think Pam is over reacting to the blackmail she could have gone to the police

MrsJayy · 29/06/2016 13:40

If it was somebody elses husband she would be tolerant which is double standards

Heavens2Betsy · 29/06/2016 15:28

Pam has been naive to think he would just stop. He's been doing it for years - it's part of him.
I'd it were me I think I would just insist that I never saw it and let him get on with it.
It would make me feel a bit uncomfortable but there are worse things ...

Jasonandyawegunorts · 29/06/2016 15:31

It's like an addiction rather than an affair.

MrsJayy · 29/06/2016 15:35

Yes an addiction or compulsion is probably a better comparison

hippiedays · 29/06/2016 17:06

It is absolutely not 'just a wig and lipstick'. It is a lifetime of deceit and lies. It is very easy to say you'd accept it from somebody else's husband. But how many truthfully wouldn't have a issue with their own husband dressing as a woman. I know I would.

MrsJayy · 29/06/2016 17:57

I think I would too

AndYourBirdCanSing · 29/06/2016 19:12

I would too. Hugely deceitful and all those secret holidays with Claudette as well. Can you imagine how betrayed you would feel!

EnidButton · 29/06/2016 20:30

Know I'm a bit late, (mobile site wasn't working.) but I'm loving Denise and Kush! Excellent idea. Much better than Masood actually. Both great character, good actors and both gorgeous. Plus they were pulling off the chemistry which is more than you can say for Jack and Ronnie for example.

MrsJayy · 29/06/2016 21:53

The chemistry of two planks you mean between Ronnie and Jack. I saw the insert bit earlier what a waste of 5 minutes and Linda is going to be very pregnant very soon on screen mick is going to neeed a bigger bunch of flowers

MrsJayy · 29/06/2016 21:54

Yes Kush and Denise are both very attractive people

BlueThursday · 29/06/2016 21:57

Just waiting on Sonia to rush in and save les, she's like international rescue her

MrsJayy · 29/06/2016 22:01

Oh aye sonia will be passing with chips just at the right moment

BeYourselfUnlessUCanBeAUnicorn · 29/06/2016 22:06

PMSL at international rescue. Grin

EnidButton · 29/06/2016 22:33

Yes MrsJ I can't imagine Jack having chemistry with anyone.

MagpieCursedTea · 29/06/2016 22:34

I quite liked the extra scene. So cheesy!
