I agree Denise is losing it. Don't normally like Libby but felt sorry for her last night. Why don't people listen in soaps? "I'm not having the baby Mum", "Oh we must have champagne, I'll give up work". Goes out a buys champagne. Hope they're not trying to say all menopausal women are unhinged.

It seems like they're trying to cram as many storylines as possible into each episode. Should be about quality not quantity.

The whole Ben&Paul thing was awful. I don't understand how no-one did anything when Ben humiliated Abi in the pub, but Phil walks out and everyone crowds around Ben offering him sympathy while Johnny stares at him with hearts in his eyes.

& I can't figure out if Andy the builder is a crap actor, or a very good actor able to make his character so creepy? Why did he say to Kyle about it wasn't a 'competition' between the? Well, duh Kyle is her brother and you are just some random stranger, obviously you can't compete. And Stacey seems to have got over her 'issues' quickly and saw nothing wrong with a random bloke kissing her on the cheek like that?!

Maybe the builder is Kat's long lost twin thus a Slater. Though he'd be Irish wouldn't he?

No he can't be, they're having their own spin off in Ireland to find him (oh the joy), I can't imagine 6 episodes of traipsing around Redcar only to discover he's on the bloody Square, and what an amazing coincidence that would be! This is EE though so anything is possible. I thought Kat and Alfie weren't actually coming back anyway?
