Wikipedia says lorna was an alcoholic who Phil had an affair with behind Kathy back. Obvs now recovered and Phil is still an alcoholic 18 years on.

im now 100% convinced Kush is not the dad. I think there'll be some kind of medical emergency requiring a paternity test and it will come out. Then Kush will leave to live happily ever after with Shabs, who has is probably miraculously pregnant.

Poor Ollie, don't get Why Mick is blaming just Nancy, Lee was as bad. And how ridiculous that Linda and Mick didn't mention he banged his head! Would the police really go round to interview them?

Nancy pushed Lee twice if I'm remembering correctly. She's become a bit of an unlikeable character recently.

I'm also not convinced Kush is the father.

I didn't really understand the point of the Claudette/Vincent thing, it all seemed a bit rushed.

I love how on TV you can get a visa to live in the USA with no effort. I looked into moving there a few years ago and unless you're stinking rich, marrying a citizen, or have some amazing job lined up that a local person can't do, then you'll never get in. Even then, it takes years.

But no, here comes Martin with no education and his only career running a fruit and veg stall, and he can just move over there because he's staying with his sister.

Me too. It was genius and easily past the censors because it's not actually rude. Although it did have me thinking "Wow, Kush has got a big one!"

Was it something like "It's amazing how much trouble seven inches can get you into." Brilliant and so dryly delivered by Tamwar.

Pleased to see Tam and his wonderful wit back.

They've totally changed Nancy's personality to suit the storyline. Also Mick was very quick to forgive the nasty Babe for ruining his childhood, wish he'd treated her the same as he is Nancy.
Claudette n Vincent can bore off and take Gavin with them. I thought Vincent was a police informant that storyline disappeared quickly.

I still think Nancy's mood changes will be due to the number of seizures she's been having.

I was very distracted by the This Life style camera work in the pub scene last night. And it suddenly looked so dingey in there.

The camera work was awful. The swaying was so bad it looked as though it was filmed on a boat in rough sea's. Really off putting.
