Was Ray really crying because 'the song meant such a lot to his family'? Or was he crying because his version of it sounded so godawful? I'm genuinely confused...

And no, poor Leona doesn't really seem to have a personality. Warbly hackneyed songs she's really good at though.

I don't dispute that she can sing, she really can, but I don't think she's got the X Factor. It isn't just about the voice.
