In a press release.
Included are
Julie walters and Billie Piper in an adaptation of The Ruby in the Smoke
Bob Hoskins and Matt Lucas in Wind in the Willows (doesn't say if it's animated or live action)
Marc Warren in bram Stokers dracula
Last ever Vicar of Dibley - she gets married
High School Musical
Noel Edmonds and the Swap Shop team reunite to bring a look at 30 years of saturday morning children's tv
Then the highlight
Anthea's Perfect Christmas - probably telling us how to wrap our presents and fold our tablecloths

They also list some of their films
Mrs Henderson Presents
Piurates of the Carribean
Calendar Girls
Monsters Inc.
and of course Eastender
I think the only ones i may watch is Vicar of Dibley and Dr Who.

I phoned my friend and made her check her paper. According to her, it reads as follows
Christmas Eve
5.25 Chicken Run
6,45 Weakest Link
7.35 News 9half an hour of news on christmas Eve!)
8.00 Eastenders
8.30 Calendar Girls

and Boxing Day

4.40 Freaky friday
6.10 News
6.30 Last of the Summer Wine!
7.30 Eastenders
8.00 Holby city
9.00 Dracula, which might be worth watching

So no Robin Hood. Of course it could all change before then

I saw one of those compilation trailers for Christmas on the BBC yesterday - you know the ones where they just show a mix of clips of programmes, no timings of anything? Anyway, Robin Hood was definitely in amongst them. Also yesterday was episode 9 and there are 13 in total so it must be on sometime... Perhaps on my birthday (NYE)??

Hmm, you're right i remember seeing that. As i said though it could all change, and the papers sometimes hurry to get their Christmas TV guides out before the others!

Chicken run seems to be a regular Xmas film now (and was only on last week too!)Are the beeb getting skint again?
