So, the last time we had a storyline along these lines was when Mulder was led to believe the alien body was fake. So we're pretty much being told that Mulder's been completely wrong for an entire season.

One of the things I don't like about the film is how they pander to people who don't watch XF. "Ooh look, she's the rational one"

And she never says Jesus...
