I've cheered up a bit now Mulder's here. It was getting a bit depressing!

yes. so many opportunities for scully to prove herself yet she cones up with nothing.

Mulder's being a bit of a dick here really, we don't know the first thing about this man yet!

He's only saying what scully would have said to him.

Mulder's always so horrible to her when she gets religious.

I think they both get to extreme in their determination to out do eachother.

they usually say and do the right thing at the end though. They kind of need the other one to ground eachother

This is quite like Signs & Wonders isn't it? Crazy priest turns out not to be the bad guy.

Yes you can't help but suspect them and almost be disappointed ted that it wasn't them
