Yes, I'm ready for tonight! I find GA's English accent slightly affected but perhaps she did have an upper-class upbringing and that's genuinely how she talked when she was growing up. Always sounds like an American playing at being British to me though!!

X-Files outakes are full of her swearing too!

Yes it's very much an American talking English. Very "posh" sounding for want of a better word. An exaggerated form of the accent
