Can't help but wonder how the Scully family view William's adoption. She gets pregnant, Mulder misses the pregnancy because he's dead (but they'll assume something dodgy was going on), then he disappears straight after the birth and leaves her alone with the baby, when he eventually resurfaces he's accused of murder!
