If you miss Brothers and Sisters , have you seen Parenthood?

I've just watched the first episode on my iPad. Blubbing like a baby. How on earth have I missed this? The soundtrack is brilliant as well.

I doubt it. I wonder if it's on the American Netflix?

I can't believe season 2 is £28 here and $10 on the American Amazon. The us version won't play here will it?

Anyone managed to watch Season 1 yet?

Oooooh I love Parenthood I'm in the US and live near Berkeley where it's set.
And yes I think it is on the US Netflix although possibly not the most recent season.

Thank you so much for this recommendation, I adored brothers & sisters, miss it so much - I have been filling the hole with the good wife, but as much as I love it, it isn't brothers & sisters!!

They make it very difficult for us over here to see it after season one. One thing I will say about the family in Parebthood, they aren't as wealthy as the Brothers and Sisters lot. I guess they are more working class than them ? Am I right? I've only seen the first season but that's what jumps out at me.

I meant the parents seem to be less wealthy to Nora in B and S and that there backgrounds where different in that way. Remind me where B and S was filmed again? I can't remember.
