I was moved completely to tears at Sally. Dh had goosebumps and dd went utterly silent.

We hadn't seen her before and we've just watched her first audition, also incredible.

After reading the thread I watched Sally on youtube, she was great, lovely control of her voice.
I have no idea why shes on The Voice though . I thought everyone had to be STS to be on it

Another one who's late to the party! I confess last night was my first go at The Voice this year. Can honestly say I can only remember two of them! Georgia because well, grrrrr. Wear some adult clothes, stop trying to be quirky and work on singing better.
Then there's Sally. When she walked out I thought s'Tom had got one of his usual post-menopause cruise ship singers again. How wrong was I? She was amazing.
Might give tonight a go, who should I look out for/actually try and remember?

If Max is the one i think he is, he was dreadful last week. He sang in a very strong Scottish accent (though he didn't previously), and slurred all the way through, like Reeves and Mortimer's pub singer.

Also lasher (as the voice font likes to print it) is doing Whitney Houston. No one on tv singing contests should be allowed to sing Whitney Houston songs any more.
