Well, perhaps if I'd ever heard Wolf from CSI say something similar then I might think of it now and then.

tuppenceworth · 06/05/2006 23:48

I'm sure I can't be the only woman who enjoys fellatio?!

(I'm sure this post will be deleted - apologies to the moderators!)

bubble99 · 06/05/2006 23:52

Well, that killed it eh??? Grin

beetle73 · 06/05/2006 23:53

MTPW don't take me too seriously. You're certainly not the only woman who enjoys, etc. I was just amused by the thought of that line having that effect on women all over the country. I watched the same programme and all I could think about was how stupid and gullible all the people involved were.

tuppenceworth · 06/05/2006 23:53

Who's Wolf anyway?

tuppenceworth · 06/05/2006 23:55

Thing is, the woman who played Mme de Pompador in tonight's Dr Who is his real life girlfriend! Electric frission on screen that continued off screen!

Lucky cow! Envy

beetle73 · 06/05/2006 23:58

Isn't she in Tristan & Isolde at the moment?

I think Wolf is his name, anyway. He's the young chap who sort of came out of the back room on CSI Vegas to be a proper agent. Probably because he's so saucy. (Not dirty though.)

TheREALMytwopenceworth · 07/05/2006 00:00

erm scuse me! Tuppenceworth is not me! dear GOD GOD GOD david tenant? fellatio?

beetle73 · 07/05/2006 00:02

Ah, sorry the real MTPW. wasn't paying attention.

tuppenceworth · 07/05/2006 00:10

Should I change my name??

Tuppenceworth is a Yorkshireism that comes from the urge to speak your mind and say your piece!

beetle73 · 07/05/2006 00:31

Well in answer to the question about RL persona vs. MN persona, by answer would have to be that both personas walk away from a tricky situation. But not this time!
I don't know how long you've been on MN Tuppenceworth, but I know that MyTwoPenceWorth has been here for longer than i have. You've obviously chosen a similar name for similar reasons, but unfortunately it is a bit confusing, so if you're not too desperately attached to it then it might be a good idea to find something else. Hope I haven't offended.

tuppenceworth · 07/05/2006 00:40

I've just realised that tonight on another thread and I guess I'm gonna have to change my name. Can't think of owt original or apt though. Tuppenceworth was the first thing I came up with due to always sticking my tuppenceworth in!

tuppenceworth · 07/05/2006 00:41

I've been here since September last year and any suggestions for a new name??

beetle73 · 07/05/2006 00:43

Will give it some thought now i know the sort of character i'm describing!

tuppenceworth · 07/05/2006 00:47

Now I'm worried!!!

What sort of character are you describing???

and images of playtime at school come flashing back!!

beetle73 · 07/05/2006 00:52

a woman with something to say for herself. (Can't believe they used that one in the playground!)

tuppenceworth · 07/05/2006 00:59

I was very outspoken at school! I knew what I wanted to say but didn't really have the support of my peers. For example, I went to a very strict Catholic school and in the 5th year I fought a debate in favour or contraception. I lost but gave a bloody good fight, though I also earned myself a reputation for being difficult.

I was also the one who would wade in if someone was being picked on or bullied, only on the side of the underdog.

Pruni · 07/05/2006 10:15

sigh i even dreamt about him last night....
but i am ovulating
which explains it

at last hc and i have a crush in common Grin

this hasn't happened to me in ages, hence the need to post a thread about it...i'd sadly thought crushes were a thing of the past but hurrah!

agree with Bubble, he is a bit tiny for my taste. But he does have it, deffo.

saltire · 07/05/2006 11:25

OOh David tennat, yes please

marthamoo · 08/05/2006 12:42

I saw this thread the other day and thought well, yeah, he's alright. Then I saw episode 4 of Dr Who last night (the Madame de Pompadour one) and..something just went "kerrrching!" What's that about then? Prefer him not smiling though - he's a bit wolfish when he smiles.

(The actress who played MdeP is his real life OH, btw)

expatinscotland · 08/05/2006 12:47

Pruni! Make me lose my lunch already! Yuk. The idea of having David Tennant's baby is spewish. :o

What's w/that naff Mme de Pompadour episode. I thought it was dumb beyond belief.

He's barfotastic. He looks like drug dealer or a perv.

Clary · 08/05/2006 13:19

Yeah Martha, my boss told me that last night that Mme de P is his gf in RL.
grrrrrr ruined my evening.
But then I saw a pic of him at the Baftas with a beard, truly hideous.
(Also left boss with parting shot, "but apparently he's really short" (acc DH, as I've posted before) - then go tback to desk and realised that my boss is very short too......o dear)

JackieNo · 08/05/2006 13:24

I saw that pic of him at the BAFTAs too - that's not a good beard. Noticed that Casanova's now out on DVD. Might have to invest...

DumbledoresGirl · 08/05/2006 13:25

OOh only seen JackieNo's last comment, and , instead of reading this thread, I am off to Amazon to buy a DVD!
