I wondered if they made him like that because of the hearing thing. He walks around with his head on one side half the time. It's all very annoying. I'm deaf, and I certainly don't walk or talk like that!

Agree with everything that has been said about Ben! Thought it was just me but I am not warming to him at all. Not only does he not look like Phil, he doesn't look like Kathy either. You'd think they'd have gone for a kid with Ian's build and face shape?
